The University of New Orleans gears up for Marketing Week, a five-day event that brings regional marketing leaders to the university and provides students a chance to learn more about the fields of marketing and advertising. This year's keynote speaker is a UNO alumna who founded the world's largest cocktail festival.
UNO Marketing Week is designed to help interested students, particularly marketing majors, polish their skills as they prepare for careers in marketing. This year Marketing Week runs from Monday through Friday, Oct. 21-25. The College of Business Administration's Department of Marketing and Logistics has scheduled guest speakers in all marketing classes. More than 20 leading marketers from around the region will speak to UNO students.
